With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Myra on January 20, 2023, at 87 in Wiarton, Ontario. Loving wife of the late Kenneth Bennett (2005). Dear mother to Arthur (Cindy), Timothy Sheila), Jennifer Deehan (Edward), Kevin (Vivian). Proud Grandmother to Kristen, Katie, Michelle, Arthur, Sarah, June (Cory), Peter (Melissa), Tiffany (Brad), Tammy, Edward (Ana), Melissa, Nathan (Rachel). Great-Grandmother to Sebastian, Brenna, Brady, Kallie, Jordon, Dylan, Brennan, Ashlynn, Elijah, Selena, Michael, Edmond, Rosalie, Ezra, Joel, Chloe and Abbey. Great- Great Grandmother to Elizabeth. Beloved sister of Evelyn (Don), Bruce (Jackie), Murray (Tess); the late Mildred and Roger (late Donna), the late Charlie (Susan). Myra was a lifetime member of St. Stephen's Church, Oldcastle, and Church of the Redeemer.
Myra is resting at the Kennedy Funeral Home Ltd. (519-776-7378) 128 Talbot St. North, Essex on Tuesday January 24th from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will take place at St. Stephen's Anglican Church (5280 Howard Ave S., Oldcastle) on Wednesday January 25th at 11 a.m. with Rev. Carrie Irwin officiating. Visitation begins at 10 a.m. Interment at St. Stephen's Anglican Church Cemetery.
