Obituary for Kyle Verbrugge

With heavy hearts, we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Kyle following a tragic accident. He passed away on November 20, 2022, at 33 years of age. Loving son of Lynn Morrison (Greg) and Marcus Verbrugge (Debra). Brother to Karen Morrison. Step-brother to Reuben Auld (Andrea), Katrina Paduch (Chris), Nick Auld, Nathaniel Auld (Eliana), and Zack Auld. Kyle will be deeply missed by his girlfriend Alix Barrett. Grandson to Joan Morrison, the late Anna and Norm Donovan, Dave and Simone Verbrugge, Jack and Pennie Earls. Loving uncle to Ulissia, Islay, and Piper. Also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Kyle was smart, industrious and capable in fixing gaming systems, passionate about electronics and IT. He loved animals, enjoyed a lively debate, always spoke his mind and was someone you could count on. Special thanks to the staff of Windsor Regional Hospital-Ouellette Campus ICU, Windsor Police and Victim Services of Windsor & Essex County. Cremation will take place.

Visitation will take place on Saturday, November 26, 2022, at Faith Community Church (5265 Howard Ave., Windsor) from 10 a.m. until time of the Funeral Service at 12 noon. A celebration of life will also take place in Ancaster on Saturday, December 10, 2022, at the Marshall Memorial United Church, visitation at 10 a.m., service at 11 a.m. The family would appreciate that donations be made to Diabetes Canada or to Victim Services of Windsor & Essex County.
