Obituary for Brian Boggs

Brian passed away peacefully at the age of 33 years. Brian lived a passionate life full of adventure, first class trains, planes, and automobiles. Loving son of Mary and Scott Boggs, older brother to Kevin Boggs and cherished grandson of Elaine Reid and the late Jack Reid.He will be missed and remembered by the Boggs, Cookson, Ozege, Reid and Wessman families. And his dog Rocky who he loved more than most. Brian is predeceased by his grandparents Jean and Barney Boggs, his Aunt ReRe and Auntie Mo.Very special thanks to his cousin Adrianne Briere for her friendship and helping to honour his last wishes. And to his cousin Siobhan Ozege and Sara and Brendan Loughry who supported not only Brian but took care of our family with their endless love and support.The family is deeply thankful for the financial support Brian received through the GoFundMe and the endless generosity of our friend Louie Calsavara. We would also like to thank Brian’s team of Drs. and nurses at Princess Margaret Hospital for their care and compassion over the last 8 months.Any donation may be made to the Canadian Blood Services, through giving blood or financial donation or to the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation. Brian is resting at the Kennedy Funeral Home Ltd. (519-776-7378) 128 Talbot St. North; Essex on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Brian’s life will be celebrated on Saturday at 11 a.m. from the funeral home. Cremation to follow.
